JOB TITLE : MANAGER – CUSTOMER SERVICE

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Co-ordinate and organize Customer service activities, prepare MIS, identify new plans to increase customer satisfaction and guiding the team towards better performance.

Managing service operations for rending and achieving quality services, providing first line customer support by answering queries & resolving issues.

Developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationship with customers to achieve/ referral business.

Perform various customer service activities, including upselling and handling new & existing accounts.

Act as a liaison between clients and operations & other departments to ensure efficient service levels are delivered to the clients.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

· Any Graduate/Post Graduate (Business administration/Logistics preferred)

· Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

· Successful previous experience as a Customer Service Executive or Customer Service Manager

· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

· Proven ability in achieving customer satisfaction

· Strong industry expertise
