Job Description

Job Role
– Collecting construction news from various online/ web sources.
– Collecting breaking news from construction, architecture, interior design and real estate industry.
– Rephrasing and shortening the collected news in 65 words.
– Checking for spelling mistakes, grammatical mistakes, plagiarism and copyright.
– Finding latest and relevant HD images for the rephrased content.
– Checking the authenticity and genuineness of news sources.
– Verifying all the facts in a particular story before publishing.
– Writing all construction technical terms and short forms without any error.
– Ensuring that the published news is not repeated.
– Finding more construction technology, robotics and AI related news.
– Looking for top and big stories of the day related to construction.
– Checking and correcting if headlines are cut off.
– Checking the content both in Android and iOS phones.
– Ensuring that the news notification is delivered to all our users.Skills Required: –
– Should be really good and fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
– Should have content writing, fast reading and proof reading skills.
– Should have fast internet browsing and typing skills.
– Should be proficient in MS Word, Photoshop, Plagiarism softwares.Qualification Required: –
– Must have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Journalism or any other relevant field.
– Must have at least 6 months of experience in News content creation.
– Studied/worked abroad or in North India is an additional benefit.
– Passed IELTS with a band score of 8 in any year is an additional benefit.Other Requirements: –
– Must have your own laptop and mobile.
– Must have no criminal or civil cases in your name.
– Must not be a member of any Political Party.
– Must be residing in Kochi or nearby areas.Salary: As per industry standards
