ContactPoint Hiring for Customer Support Executive (International BPO) at Gurgaon Full Time

We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Associate will be required/responsible to make telemarketing/outbound calls using dialer and manual resources and make them a prospect for the product/services we offer and be responsible for regular follow up on leads assigned.
• Associate will make calls using pre-arranged scripting by following the filters and criteria
• Associate should be ready to work in 24/7 and 365 modules and meeting monthly targets.
• Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails for successful leads.
• Explaining the product features in detail.
• Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing information to the customer.
• Strictly adhere to the process requirements.

Qualification: Graduates/ Undergrads

Work Experience: Fresher / Experience

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Languages: Fluent English

Shifts: Evening Shift 7.30pm to 4.30pm

Salary range: 20,000 – 25,000 CTC/month
