Contiem, India, is looking for a Recruitment Associate to administer our recruitment process. This position is a fulltime based out of our offices in Chenna, India

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand the recruitment process, platforms, and tools to ensure that all steps are followed.
• Ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience by understanding our business
• Acknowledge resume inflow through recruitment agencies and internal referrals
• Match incoming resumes with JDs and respond to agencies for updates
• Conduct screening calls across all open positions and filter for detailed interviews
• Ensure the recruitment database is up to date to support duplicate checks and reporting
• Coordinate and schedule interviews following up at every stage
• Ensure interview feedback is received on time
• Provide weekly recruitment reports
• Make offers and ensure candidates joining, leading up to onboarding

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications

• High scoring MBA in HR with at least 2 years experience in recruitment function
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills
• Basic Excel skills: Conditional Formatting, Freeze panes, Tables, Pivot table, Basic Formulas (Sum, SumIF,Count, Countif)
• Independent, smart, adaptive, and flexible while demonstrating high levels of ownership
• Demonstrate a keen interest in understanding the business while contributing to a critical function, sincerity, and being a team player

Reporting

This position reports tothe Managing Director, India.

Work Hours & Location:

On-site, regular business hours from Monday to Friday, in the Chennai office.

Required Experience

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or 3rd year college student in Business Administration / Commerce
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills
• Minimum GPA of 7.0
• Basic Excel skills: Conditional Formatting, Freeze panes, Tables, Pivot table, Basic Formulas (Sum, SumIF,Count, Countif)
• Demonstrate a keen interest in understanding the business while contributing to a critical function, sincerity, and being a team player
