MTS develeoper: C++ developer with 7 to 12 years of experience:

1. 7+ years of hands-on experience in system application in C+2. Good debugging skills

2. Hands-on experience on WTL

3. Hands-on experience on MFC

4. Good Knowledge / Hands-on on Boost Libraries, Design patterns, Multi-threading

5. Good Knowledge / Hands-on on Data structures

6. Good understanding on Static Analysis and Memory Leak Tools

7. Practical experience on Unit Testing and UT tools

8. Good at Documentation

9. Good Communication skills
