Job Description

1. Support and participate in the operative Planning (Budget) for plant Modipuram for all its Outlets Transfer the budget into the relevant Continental systems (Tempo)

Distribute the final budget to cost center heads.

1. Local key user (LKU SAP-CO)

Provide guidance to users of SAP-CO module

Solve problems within Tempo with LKU’s of other modules and CKU’s

3.Use and support the introduction of operative Controlling instruments to improve and develop the Quality

of Plant Controlling Modipuram (FIRE, Tempo, Excel, Manufacturing Reports …)

1. ▪ Support monthly Reporting to Management and Corporate including all necessary variation analysis (PE, BS, Tracking, POR …)

▪ Perform Analysis requested by Head of Plant Controlling, Plant Manager, Manufacturing Controlling

1. ▪ Consulting Expertise for Cost Center Heads

▪ Support process improvement measures and programes to improve efficiency and optimize cost

Job Requirements

1. Apply Manufacturing cost concepts

2. Use, Concept and Introduce new Controlling Instruments

3. Process know how ICO/BU/Division Connections

4. Process know how budgeting and forecasting

5. Process know how actual cost analysis and variation analysis

6. Management and Guidance of Personnel

7. Ability to work in a hi-visibility job. Work any hours needed to accomplish job tasks. Travel is required.

8. Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Analytical thinking and Knowledge of SAP helpful
