• Experience in AUTOSAR Architecture (ADAS experience is advantage)

• Experience in Complete SW life cycle development.

• Experience and Good Knowledge on Automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, SPI etc.)

• Experience in Automotive Standards such as functional safety, diagnostics, serialization, security & privacy and ASPICE etc.

• Act as technical leader and first-level contact regarding architectural and technology aspects

• Gathering and evaluating functional and non-functional requirements

• Selecting a technology stack and deployment methods

• Designing a high-level architectural solution

• Evaluate different architectural alternatives. Ensure feasibility of alternatives

• Delivering detailed architectural blueprints (testable, reusable, scalable, modular etc)

• Setting quality standards as per industry and organization requirements and ensuring adherence to them

• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform

• Collaborate with peer organizations, quality assurance and end users to produce cutting-edge software solutions

• Estimating development time

• Addressing possible risks and constraints

• Mentoring tech leads and developers

• Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently

• Participate in the overall planning on Project Level for all affected increment.

• Fosters design thinking and architectural decisions/contributions in the teams.

• Work with customers, stakeholders, and 3rd party suppliers to establish the broad vision of the architectural intent

• Experience in Rhapsody, DOORs/DOORS NG

• Experience with tools like JIRA/ Confluence and AGILE methodologies

• Work experience on Automotive Development tools

• Know how on Release and quotation process

• Understanding of functional safety, security & privacy and ASPICE
