Job Description:

• Day to Day Financial Accounting
• Cash and Bank Transactions
• Purchase accounting Material Control
• Supplier Payments and Reconciliations
• Accounts Receivables Management, Collection follow-up
• Material Accounting and Controls
• Monthly GST, TDS , Labour and other relevant Compliances
• Management Reports on Financial Performance
• Tracking Budget vs Actuals
• Interaction with Auditors for year closure and filing returns
• Preparing balance sheets
• Revenue Tracking, Invoicing, Processing of Invoices
• Track Bank deposits and payments
• Support the company in optimising our financial transactions and systems
• Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payment
• Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process
• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Perform invoice and general ledger data entry
• Knowledge in Tally / Zoho Books / Quickbooks

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
