Key Responsibilities: As a Video Creator/Editor & Videographer at OUTSHINE, you will play a pivotal role in crafting video advertisements tailored to different social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and more. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conceptualizing and creating high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
• Shooting, editing, and post-production of video content to meet platform-specific requirements.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video marketing and social media.
• Collaborating closely with the marketing team to develop video strategies that resonate with our target audience.
• Managing and organizing video assets for easy access and retrieval.
• Continuously improving video quality, storytelling techniques, and shooting skills to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in video creation, editing, and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, especially in the realm of social media advertising.
• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or any other).
• Proficiency in video shooting equipment and techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of platform-specific video requirements for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• A keen eye for design, composition, and storytelling.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• A passion for keeping up with the latest social media trends and emerging technologies.
