Hiring for route leader with an leading multi business enterprise

JOB OBJECTIVE

Responsible for preparation and allocation of resources for route operations to ensure smooth service delivery and fulfillment of SLA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGIC

Ensure preparation of daily route sheet and route prioritization for operations

OPERATIONAL

Prepare Indent for hand-over to ATM/CIT operators for daily route operations

Prepare, allocate and replace resources for withdrawal and dispatch route

Allocate android to custodians

Check loading performance by coordinating with the Reports team

Share the customer report with the bank at the end of day

Manage escalations related to ATM and CIT and coordinate with FLM coordinators for closure of the issues

Support recon team by responding to internal recon related queries

Check and validate the daily route plan at the end of day

Perform the debriefing of the route with ATM/CIT operators

Ensue proper cash processing, in the case of night duty

Monitor CBR submission

Monitor skip loading report

Prepare monthly Operations MIS for the routes

Assist Branch Manager in preparation of feasibility report for new operations

Coordinate with bank / MSP officials for external audits

Coordinate with CVOs for internal audits

FINANCIAL

Manage petty cash related to route operations and coordinate with Accounts team for the same

PEOPLE

Manage a team of ATM/CIT operators by leading and coaching to engage and motivate them towards consistently achieving customer service goals

EXTERNAL

Clients – Banks / MSPs’ CRA managing equivalent, auditors

INTERNAL

Accounts – for petty cash

Business Development – for feasibility study and customer query resolution

Audit – for internal audits

Recon – for recon cases investigation and resolution

QUALIFICATION

12th pass required, college degree in any specialization preferred

EXPERIENCE

Total experience of 3+ years in similar kind of role with accountability of one branch or equivalent etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
