Roles & Responsibilities:

● Manage NBFC team, obtaining fresh NBFC License/takeover for Domestic and

International Clients and engage in compliances of various Laws and guidelines

applicable to Companies specifically NBFCs.

● Professional knowledge of Fintech Business Model, Due Diligence and documentation

requirement for Peer to Peer Lending, Account Aggregator, Full Fledged Money

Changer License.

● Having Professional Experience in verticals – Company Incorporation (Nidhi and

Producer Company), Filing of Quarterly/annually NBFC Returns Cersai, C-KYC and

FIU-IND Registration and Compliances, FC-GRR, FC-TRS and other forms filing.

Compounding under FEMA and Other FEMA and NBFC compliances

● Skilled in Corporate Law, Risk Management, Corporate governance and liaising with

RBI and IRDA

● Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client

questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals

(RFPs).

● Registration under GST and Startup India scheme.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
