About the Role:
Position: Regional Payroll Analyst
Are you looking for an opportunity to be a part of a global team, a chance to work in an agile environment, and have the interest to discover more how payroll operations function at Corteva, this oppuntity may be for you. This role will allow exposure to our global payroll processes which will give you a well-rounded view and understanding of payroll operations from a local, regional and global standpoint.
As part of the Global Payroll Project (GPP) team,you will get the chance to work in the Project Management Office (PMO) and be a key player in delivering documents that will assist the HR Service center run daily payroll operations. In addition to this role, you will have the opportunity to be involved in other areas of project activities, working closely with the regional HR Leadership Team.
Responsibilities:
Participates in regional, and country-specific payroll processes review/collection workshops
Develops country-specific localised documents ( Job Aids)
Develops local documentation (e.g., desktop procedures, inquiry matrix)
Cordintates country payroll experts to ensure a timley deliveray of payroll documents
Tracks progress – ensuring all project tracking tools are up to date
Supports and executes case management testing related to payroll in Service Now
Supports activities in change managment when required
Qualifications
Experience: 4 to 7 years
Education: Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources

HR experience and Payroll Experience is a must
Experience across multiple countries in APAC an advantage.
