Job Description:

• Reconciling AR accounts, matching the General ledger with Sub ledger

• Preparing the aging analysis of customer receivables and follow ups with Credit team for clearing or Re-classification to correct GLs

• Ensure the Zero balance accounts do not have any balance at month end.

• Follow ups with responsible persons for clearing the Reconciling items

• Identifying the incorrect entries and making sure they corrected in the current period

• Timely upload Reconciliations in Blackline site

• Responsible for handling audit queries for Reconciliations

• Working as Team for Global Credit report which is distributed to Business Leaders

• Responsible for preparing Global Dash board metrics

• Preparing SOX controls, collecting the Comments and submitting in Database for Review

• Sending weekly and Monthly credit reports to Business for Analysis of Aging and Past due receivables

• Preparing Metrics and Dash board for Cash application

Qualifications

Education Qualification & Years of Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• 3 to 4 years of experience with at least 1 year in a BPO, in the areas of Accounts Receivable (Cash application) process

• Prior Cash Applications/AR experience in a high volume environment

• Experience in SAP or an ERP environment

• Excel advance level

• Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Good Communication, Strong Accounting knowledge & Client interaction abilities

• Quick learner

• Team player
