Key Responsibilities:

Understand the requirements thoroughly and write test cases.
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyse results. Execute test cases, analyse and provide detailed test reports as well as detailed test results analysis.
Report bugs and errors to development teams.
Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects – Responsible for creating test data, testing interfaces and configuration – Maintaining proper documents for the Assigned tasks.
Participate actively in functional, system, stress and regression testing activities.
Ensure ongoing Compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of Functional, Usability, Navigation testing for web applications.
Ability to work closely with the development team to analyse, debug and resolve any issues.
Exposure of project functional reviews, test specifications, code and documentation reviews.
Exposure of Recommending, implementing, and monitoring preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
Experience in investigating product issues.
Proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including technical documentations skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently on tasks/modules assigned or testing.
Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed, concurrent tasks.

Must have:

Min 4+ years of experience in functional and automation testing
Experience in testing Pega application
Experience working with Selenium framework and Jenkins
Must have experience in testing UI and database
Must have experience in using Postman/Swagger to test web APIs
Should be hands-on working with git flow, pull requests and other version control related concepts
Having knowledge on CI/CD process and tools like bitbucket, bamboo and Octopus

Must have:

Knowledge of Agile Scrum or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
Expert level understanding of Security concepts.
Exposure of Conducting vulnerability assessment and penetration testing and configuration review for web applications.
Exposure of project functional reviews, test specifications, code and documentation reviews.
Exposure of Recommending, implementing, and monitoring preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
Exposure on SQL for validating issues related to data.
Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Jenkins
