Job Description:

Ø Finalization of a set of financial statements like Balance sheet, Profit & Loss accounts, Cash flow statement

Ø Preparation of Monthly MIS Report for Management Review

Ø Coordination with other departments for completion of monthly closing activity

Ø Reporting to management for collections and payments policy and monitoring receivables and payables.

Ø Monitoring of day to day activities

Ø Customer and vendor reconciliation

Ø Follow up with insurance companies for commissions

Requirements:

Special requirements in relation to the initiative, judgment, flexibility, communication, management etc.:

Ø Bachelor or Master in Finance

Ø CA / CS is a plus.

Ø Fluent in written and spoken English

Ø Strong analytical skills

Ø Solid knowledge about data validation, presentation and interpretation

Ø Team work attitude and service-minded

Ø Good IT skills/technical expertise

Ø Commitment, self-reliance and accuracy

Ø Ability to contribute various lean ideas, process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency in the process.

Ø Preferable experience from the insurance industry is a plus
