Join our Geoservices team in Chennai

We are looking for a BIM Modeller to join our global team of experts and work closely with Head of Section. In this role, your finest task will be preparation of high-quality 3D models and 2D drawings in line with CAD/BIM standards.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Production of 3D models and utility drawings.

• To read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications and to set up the drawing’s sheets.

• Identifying, interpreting, and applying required client/BIM standards and ensure that the models and drawings are complying with quality standards.

• Responsible for completion of specifically assigned tasks within agreed time and cost

On top of that, you should:

• Hold a diploma/bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years of work experience in CAD Drafting and working experience within utilities/infrastructure field is an added advantage.

• Be experienced in 3D modelling of pipes/manholes and 2D drafting using MicroStation and having hands on experience in AutoCAD would be preferrable.

• Have working knowledge of standards and codes and EDMS such as ProjectWise, BIM 360, and experience in georeferencing is an added advantage.

• Be proficient in all Microsoft Office software particularly MS Excel and Word.

• Possess good language skills in English (spoken and written)

• Be able to work independently within a project team
