TURN CHALLENGES INTO SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS

As Chief BIM Modeller you will join our global team of experts and will report to Head of Tunnels, BIM, Tunnels and Underground Structures. You will work on project with multiple disciplines involved like MEP, Structures, and Architecture.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Develop BIM 3D models and 2D drawings independently as per the project standards

• Produce complex 3D models of tunnels and underground structures

• Producing GA and detail drawings for tunnel and underground structures

• Extract information directly from BIM models to create 2D sheets, schedules, setting outs, quantities etc.

• Check and review the models and drawings including clash detection and compliance to BEP

• Follow quality management systems to ensure the quality of the BIM deliverables

To succeed in this position, you should be an effective communicator with an excellent command over written & spoken English. In addition, you should have the ability to work in multicultural environment & be able to perform under tight deadlines.

Furthermore, to align with the organisations overarching driver of technical excellence, you should:

• Hold a Diploma/Bachelors/Masters in Civil/Structural Engineering and have 5 – 10 years of experience

• Have experience as Chief BIM Modeller in projects with multiple disciplines involved, like MEP, Structures, and Architecture

• Have high expertise on Revit, Navisworks and 4D Simulation along with-it working knowledge of Dynamo, Python, AECOsim and Solibri will be added advantage.

• Be familiar with universal BIM Standards (ISO19650, COBie, PAS/BS 1192) & interoperability between different software programs like Revit, AECOsim, Civil 3D etc.

• Have working knowledge in making Dynamo scripts for linear structures and ability and willingness to learn new programs as required by individual projects.

• Have working experience in CDE like Autodesk BIM 360, Projectwise etc.,

• Have working knowledge of BIM standards such as BS 1192 and ISO 19650
