We provide consultancy to our customers on the planning, design and optimisation of all kinds of industrial plants and energy systems
The process team at our home office in Denmark specialises in different areas, such as energy, chemical processes, and carbon capture. Our diverse expertise enables multidisciplinary collaboration in energy storage, green hydrogen, e-fuels, pyrolysis or similar biomass conversion processes. You will join a social, open-minded and well-functioning team.
ARE YOU SPECIALISED IN PROCESS DESIGN WITH A DEGREE IN ENGINEERING?
As our new Senior Process Engineer, your work can directly impact and contribute to the next green energy transition projects. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to be a part of process collaboration with our Danish colleagues and large-scale international projects.
On a day-to-day basis, you typically work with:
Feasibility, concept and FEED studies
Prepare high-quality process simulations and establish design parameters for projects
Work in close collaboration with process engineers in Denmark to develop concepts, philosophies and PIDs
Plan, design, construction and integration of Power-to-X solutions
Safety assessment
Perform project management and be given the responsibility of process design.
YOUR SKILLS. OUR TEAM. TOGETHER, WE DESIGN THE FUTURE
To succeed in this position as Sr Process engineer, you thrive in doing and checking the mass and energy balances, process flow diagrams and P&IDs, and HAZID/HAZOP.
In addition to this, you should be motivated by being responsible for process design and optimisation. You have a high degree of initiative and bring a structured and dedicated approach to your work. You are flexible and able to work independently within a project team. Your English language proficiency is excellent, and you are comfortable with composing complex technical reports and documentation.
You have a B-Tech/M-Tech in Chemical Engineering (Energy/Process/Chemistry) with 8-15 years of experience as a process engineer preferably as a technical lead for medium to large scale projects.
We would be very excited to hear from candidates who resemble the following:
Ideally, you have experience in Electrolyzers, Carbon capture, and Power-to-X technologies.
Experience in chemical synthesis plants in Hydrogen, Ammonia technology
Experience in process simulation using Aspen Hysys, Pro-II or similar software.
Broad knowledge of instrumentation, fundamental principles, and industry practices with specific knowledge of the various refinery and petrochemical technologies.
Continuously building up our process design, knowledge, and capabilities
Preparing process diagrams, calculations, PIDs, cause and effect and system design
Managing internal and external interfaces to other technical packages such
as civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering
Developing and checking technical specifications and providing technical support.
Monitoring and evaluating the latest technologies
