Cpositive Hiring for Tele caller work from home at Remote Full Time

we are urgently looking for a staff having fluency to speak in English, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam to work from home.salary is Rs.30000 + incentive

Conditions;

1) staff should have to complete a target of Rs.150000 income every month.(our client pays Rs.10000 or Rs.5000 to the company as service charge so only 15 client joining with service charge of Rs.10000 each is enough for achieving the target)..once Rs.150000 income crosses staff will get Rs.500 as incentive for each Rs.10000 service charge (for income above Rs.150000) and for each Rs.5000 income staff will get Rs.250 as incentive (for income above Rs.150000).this will be calculated from 1st to last date of each month.staff should complete minimum 1 hour call duration every day which is our second target.we will give enough numbers to call.

2) staff should be available to attend incoming calls from 9 am

3) staff should have a call recording enabled phone to work with us.

NB: There will be a language test through phone and through Google meet.
