Job description
- Assisting customers in troubleshooting their issues related to any transaction related to our E-commerce portal.
- Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, and tracking and follow up of all incidents.
- Managing customer expectations and customer experience to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.
Qualification required:
1) Good written and verbal communication skills. Equally good in Drafting. should be computer proficient
