Seeking a Interior designer/project manager for a Interior design company.

Experience: 2-5 years

Location: Kandivali

Salary: 15k -35k

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of interior design projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications, budget constraints, and timelines.

2. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all elements of the design project align with the overall vision and are executed properly.

3. Develop and manage project budgets, including sourcing materials and services, negotiating contracts, and monitoring expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.

4. Create and present design proposals and mood boards to clients, incorporating their feedback into the final design plan.

5. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices throughout the design and implementation process.

6. Manage the procurement process for materials, furnishings, and decor, including selection, ordering, and overseeing delivery and installation.

7. Lead and mentor a team of designers and support staff, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring high-quality work.

8. Conduct post-project evaluations to assess client satisfaction, project success, and areas for improvement in future projects.
