Finacle CRM and Core Banking Senior Tester Key Responsibilities: • Hands on Senior tester with ability to lead a small team of Finacle functional experts in delivering key business initiatives focused on Client life cycle management, payments initiatives and regulatory changes ranging from FATCA, KYC amongst others. • Being comfortable and at home multiplexing between BAU and new initiatives. • Working with groups such as Business Transformation, Vendor Management, Architecture, to resolve project issues. • Working with central testing and automation team to revamp the automation pack and achieving the continuous integration automation • Handling the day-to-day project deliverable testing activities, scope, and changes, procuring adequate resources to achieve program objectives in planned timeframes. • Own and handle UAT activities end to end Your future colleagues This role is aligned to the strategy for increasing production stability via increased focus on testing, regression (manual and automated) to augment the development/changes in the Finacle Core system. The senior tester will be responsible for improved quality of change delivery to production. To excel in this role, you should possess: * Solid experience and proficiency in Finacle Core Banking Modules and implementing the same in financial institutions * Hands on functional and testing experience in both Finacle CRM and Finacle Core modules is necessary. Knowledge of FAS a plus * Knowledge of testing automation and frameworks like Selenium * Dedicated, driven, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards * Experience in handling UAT for medium to large change / transformation initiatives * Overall, 10-15 years in the above area (preferred) with ability to lead a small team * Working experience in agile delivery environments * Strong Agile methodology and DevOps tools and test automation experience * Strong positive relationship skills * Excellent team-player and leadership capabilities who can thrive under-pressure * Confident and effective communicator with strong partner management skills * Excellent problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills * Self driven, strong influencing as well as business and IT analytical skills * Challenging opportunity working with a multi-national bank in green field Core banking capacity on large scale IT projects Job: Information Technology* *Title: *Finacle CRM and Core banking Senior Tester, AVP #201928 Location: India-Pune-Pune Requisition ID: 201928
