An exciting opportunity to join the team as a Senior Delivery Lead with Scrum Master experience for the Payments Technology organization. * You will be responsible for leading the delivery of key products of the Banks Strategic Payments Processing Platform which will service all Divisions and Functions in processing their Payments from request to going out the door. This is an opportunity for greenfield development in a microservice event-driven architecture * This role will include the opportunity to work with a globally distributed product development team as well as learn and work about all bank wide payment origination areas * You will be responsible for running the delivery team for your key products, working with other product delivery teams to ensure a highly performant, scalable and resilient platform is delivered. You will need to work with Architects in managing the design and solution from a Payments perspective, gathering and refining requirements from business partners, Enterprise Architecture and Department Architecture to help delivery provide the best solution * This is senior role and includes Scrum Master responsibilities for one or more Scrum teams * Furthermore, as a senior member of Payment Systems in India you will need to work closely with Regional Management, you will provide direction and mentor to your team and colleagues to foster a culture that promotes collaboration, inclusiveness, innovation, and the sharing of ideas Your future colleagues You will join the Payments Technology organization as part of the Group Payment Services under CTOO. This position is a technical leadership role that requires initiative and adaption to deal with a variety of working models and cultural styles across multiple geographies. Key skills include: * Proven experience on large or complex systems development projects ideally incorporating a range of platforms including cloud and on premises deployment models. * Detailed understanding of a large banking enterprise and processes. Payments experience would be advantageous and if not, then a desire to learn * Proven experience in delivering sophisticated technical products from the ground up, developing the solution, forming the team to deliver and managing the delivery * Playing a central role in leading in the region with the India Payments Lead; engagement and culture * Inputting into the wider Solutions workstream and playing a proactive role in other payments initiatives * Ability to work across the Bank and engage at all levels; good stakeholder and communication skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate sophisticated issues clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization * Proven technology credentials and strong understanding of its application.
