Your field of responsibility
Your responsibilities include:

• Candidate will be part of the global-team that owns and manages the delivery of large scale and regulatory projects under Data Management of Market Risk systems

• As IT project-manager, you will have full responsibility of the management activities needed for the smooth delivery of IT solutions for Market Risk Technology

• You will be required to become Subject Matter-Expert in projects you handle and eventually guide teams with functional and technical solutions (Knowledge of technologies like Java/Oracle/Modelling and functional knowledge of Risk domain will be added advantage for this)

• You will provide architectural inputs to the applications you work manage

• You will negotiate scope, budget, and deadlines with your counterpart from Change-Management & Program and report back on execution

• Maintaining a very close relationship with IT teams, you will run the agile ceremonies, maintain a Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies log and act to ensure the efficiency of the development process

• You will maintain an end-to-end vision of the project resources and apply the appropriate level of control, notably on cost

• You will react to change, keeping the different partners informed and collaborate with the different support functions of the bank to avoid potential disruptions

• Assist to roll out best-practices, legal requirements, vendor/contractor controls, comply to CS guidelines and policies

• Come up with innovative ideas to improve / automate existing operational process

• Work directly with internal global users and system owners

• Work closely with Dev Teams, BAs, Platform, Architects, ITAOs and QA teams

You will be part of Market Risk Technology that provides best in class solutions and support to the Market Risk Management (MRM) and Risk Data Management (RDM) groups within the CRCO Function. Our systems support the assessment of the bank’s market risk appetite and strategy, and provide strategic and day-to-day risk management, data quality management, control and reporting tools with respect to trading, non-trading and portfolio level market risks taken across the bank. Your skills and experience
We are looking for the best talents who can demonstrate having the following points:

• B. E or B. Tech or MCA from Reputed University
• At least 10+ years of experience in handling large IT projects
• Working knowledge of Java, Unix Shell Scripting / Perl, Oracle/Sybase/MS SQL – PL/SQL and Cloud
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills allowing to be a face-off to the partners of different seniority levels
• Good understanding of the Market Risk Technology objectives and own the delivery process accordingly
• Understanding of all phases of an application development life cycle and development methodologies (preferably Agile), and familiarity with IT platforms, software development methodologies and DevOps
• Proficient in front to back system architecture, data, calculations, and processes within an Investment Banking environment
• Ability to prioritize, adapt quickly to change and drive teams accordingly
• Outstanding organization skills and ability to run multiple assignment with focus
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Clarity and Office tools
• Ability to build harmonious, effective, and positive relationships with multi-functional and cross-geographical partners
• Sense of ownership and hands on approach to problem solving
• Good Interpersonal skills with experience of working with people spread across time-zones
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in handling partner expectation, timely communication, reporting
• Knowledge of risk management function is desirable
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives

Desirable:

• PMP, PMO or other Project Management Certifications
• Scrum Master Certification
• Market Risk Management Functional knowledge
