Your field of responsibility
This role will be part of the SEA Country Management team within the APAC region; and will be responsible for supporting various governance, regulatory, risk and control initiatives that support the Credit Suisse’s franchise and businesses in SEA sub-region. Key responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to, supporting management activities relating to:

• the country governance and control framework in SEA sub-region, including governance projects, management reporting, governance meetings etc.

• the country management supervisory framework over business and corporate functions

• the Bank’ Enterprise and Control Framework (ERCF)

• risk and control framework for compliance with key regulatory requirements, including ongoing enhancements to the risk and control frameworks

• engagements with business and corporate function stakeholders on SEA Governance matters, including occasionally representing country management in face-to-face meetings, workshops, and working groups with internal stakeholders

• Completing other tasks assigned by the SEA CEO, SEA COO or Country CEO/Managers from time-to-time.

Your skills and experience
You’ll be a good match, if you have:

• AVP level with 7+ years’ proven experience within a Banking environment
• MBA and/ or post graduate qualifications (CPA, CA, CFA) are preferable
• Prior experience within Compliance, Risk & Control, or Audit is preferable
• Outstanding experience in supporting governance and related reporting activities would be an advantage
• Proven ability to work under pressure in strict deadlines and in a delivery focused environment
• Ability to partner with stakeholders across the three lines-of-defense would be an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, including proven ability to interact with senior team members
• Self-starter who will be able to work and drive initiatives/projects independently
