Experienced Project Manager is needed in the India region within the Global Operations. Business Engineering Change Delivery team is planning to increase the project management capability in India. This role is to support new initiatives meeting CS commitments to Regulators across regions and also to drive further efficiencies and cost optimization in delivering Global Operations change programs. Growing footprint, accountability, and seniority across GO and OT in India opens an opportunity to perform select program/project management functions out of India. Plan is to build a core group of senior project managers under Business engineering change delivery team in India to augment the existing capabilities in business center’s and grow this capability further in the coming years. As a part of role, your responsibilities include: * Managing projects involving stake-holders across regions. Projects and programs will relate to delivery of strategic solutions within IT applications owned by Operations Technology in support of strategic business/regulatory objectives * Incumbent comes from Quality assurance background, can manage & steer test activities for a large-scale program across multiple applications, and business function * Collaborate with distributed IT/QA teams in laying out front-2-back test plans, monitoring & steering progress, partnering with delivery/environment management team(s) to resolve the impediments * Monitoring and reporting on progress, metrics, providing status reporting regarding project achievements, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues * Driving and participating in steering committees, and project working groups * Participating in and/or drive feasibility studies, impact analysis, prepare estimates and detailed program and project plans for front-2-back testing for a program * Working with groups such as Business engineering, Vendor Management, Architecture, and IT to resolve program and project issues * Handling the day-to-day project activities, scope and changes, procuring adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes, chairing working groups and project team meetings * Formalize key artefacts required through the test lifecycle in line with change governance standards * Tackling issues, risks, and dependencies to mitigate impact to critical path deliverables * Defining success criteria, monitor, track, and control outcomes throughout the project lifecycle Your future colleagues Work on global Regulatory/Transformation projects/programs partnering with change, delivery teams across Global Operations/ Operations Technology, Incumbent will be part of Business Engineering change delivery function within Global Operations.
