The Client Documentation team is part of the larger Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Management (COLM) team. The Document Control team collects and stores trading documents required to be on file based on several regulations and internal requirements. The team enforces the respective bank policies and ensures the client data is obtained in a controlled environment.
Your responsibility includes:
Vendor team management
Uphold and maintain the controls and procedures for the team
Proactive management to ensure adherence to stated SLAs and KPIs
Partner with stakeholders such as Onboarding, Sales and Trade Management to educate internal clients on the teams’ function and procedures
Build strong relationships with business partners and clients while managing expectations
Work with IT partners on system enhancements
Enforce the Bank’s policies on Client Confidentiality and Inactive Accounts
Inspire team to strive for quality and accuracy while adhering to the Culture and Values of Credit Suisse

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess below:
Bachelor’s degree with business related coursework or equivalent
Minimum 3+ years of banking experience preferable
Excellent communication skills: responsive, clear, concise, comprehensive, and able to communicate optimally in writing
Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and organizational and skills
Knowledge of MS Office applications and spreadsheet proficiency
Proven ability to adopt and maintain a logical approach in a pressurized environment
Self-starter, organized with excellent time management skills and accustomed to working with tight deadlines
People/Team management skills
