Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently on call.
• Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
• Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
• Understand key customer individual needs and address these.
• Know your competition and strategies accordingly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Superior product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Email/Chat process.
• A bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
• Experience of 6 months to 1 years preferably from SAAS background
• Ability to engage customers with latest product features and increase product activity
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proficiency with Google sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
