Data Privacy career opportunity in Bangalore for a professional holding 7+ years of experience into a core Data Privacy role. You will use your expertise in developing, reviewing & implementing policy, procedures, global data privacy framework, breach handling, etc. If this sounds exciting, apply with us!
LOCATION: Bangalore

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling end-to-end policy, procedure implementation relating to Data Privacy management
• Conducting Data privacy impact assessment
• Working knowledge of global data privacy laws and policies
• Liaison with support functions for implementation
• Conceptualizing, facilitating and promoting activities to foster privacy awareness
• Performing due diligence checks prior to onboarding
• Performing internal audits and continuously improve the data privacy framework
• Identifying necessary actions to be taken for data privacy at any given point
• Maintaining latest knowledge to bring in the best practices.
• Documenting, tracking, and investigating all complaints, breaches, potential breaches concerning regarding privacy policies and procedures and report the same to DPO

REQUIREMENTS:

• Full time Engineering or Law graduate
• Expertise in Indian as well as Global data protection and privacy practices
• Hands on experience of working knowledge of Cloud-based Privacy Architecture, including technical Privacy control of applications and software.
• Well-versed with Infosec and Due-diligence
• Relevant professional qualification desirable CISSP, CISA, CISM, Certified Cloud Security Professional
• Ability to work in a fast growth environment.
