Crescendo is a start-up based in India, providing “Transcription, Translation and Analysis of audios in Indian Languages”.

Job Profile: One would be expected to translate our English Questionnaires in Gujarati. The translator will have to look at an English document and translate it in Gujarati.

PFB the criteria and pay procedure for Translations:

• We pay by the page, i.e. INR 30 per page for a Word file or a PowerPoint file. By that what we mean is if you take a 30 page file to work we will be paying you INR 900 for the 30 pages.
• And INR 0.20 per word for an Excel file. So if you take a 1000 words file to work we will be paying you INR 200 for the 1000 words.
• There will be a training period of 15 days before any translator can start working on live files. The trainee will be paid INR 1500 for this training session if selected.
• We pay you in any Bank Account (Indian) by NEFT that is online transfers.
• The payments for the monthly invoices are processed 45 days after the invoice is raised. But we understand that you need to develop trust on us for this so initially for the first 2 weeks we will pay you weekly. Post this we would love to get you on our Monthly pay system. We deduct a TDS of 1% on all our payments.
