This is a full-time position, based remotely, or at one of our global 16+ offices (your choice!).
About this role:
This role is critical to the marketing, design and brand team at Crimson. As a Design team member you will help develop the brand’s experience through all of its touchpoints. You will be a part of a small high-functioning team of four designers that support our 20+ global markets in all their design needs.
What this role is responsible for:
Helping shape the global brand design and execution from brief to completion of all print materials and ensure they are consistent with brand guidelines e.g. flyers, books, booklets, stand design, presentations, merchandise, etc.
Design our brands digital and social media campaigns and promotions: Google Display Network (static & animated), EDMs, Social media Posts and Ads, eBooks and landing pages.
Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns and digital website design, policies and programs.
Creation of Crimson branded templates in Canva to enable our markets to produce on-brand collateral for their country.
Ability to support the team with daily graphic design tasks such as: redesigns, renewed branding, and adaptations
What skills and experience you’ll need:
2+ years of work experience (preferred, but we will consider all talented and suitable candidates with a strong portfolio).
Degree in Graphic design, visual communication, advertising or similar, or is close to completing a degree.
A portfolio of work at demonstrates your skill
Able to self-manage multiple projects at once and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
Competency with:
Adobe CC: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop,
Additional skills in Canva, Adobe XD, After Effects or Premiere Pro would be a bonus
