1. Working with IT to manage CRM system and data warehousing.
2. Ensure timely completion of tasks given by head and management
3. Coordination with internal team & other departments
Requirements
• Minimum 1 experience in CRM
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (Lead squared/Salesforce/ Fresh Desk / ZOHO) & Cloud Telephony systems -preferable to have
• Tech-savvy and system-oriented
• 6 mnths-1 year in Excel
