Branch coordinator / Office Assistant Responsibilities:
For a Reputed company need dynamic person for Auto Vehicle Loan Process. 1- 2 year Experienced person in automobile Industry or Sales of 4 wheeler Vehicle Industry like Bajaj, Maruti Tata , Mahindra ,Hero and other in Sales Department
Understanding of customers need and proper guidance explanation of the finance schemes to the customers
Should have Local Market reach, good contacts with Local Automobile dealer, need to generate leads and work on reference lead.
Timely communication to broker network about the scheme/ HO communication on payouts /RC, etc.
Engaging with RTO agents and Liaison with RTO offices or faster processing of RTO documents and having absolute control over the process
Ensuring Post Disbursal Documents (RC Insurance and related documents) updation
Maintain portfolio quality by controlling early delinquency through first EMI and nonstarter collections
Daily sharing of MIS with case wise status of the leads given by broker
Visiting on filed and close the lead and collect the Cheque and Documents from Field
Person has the knowledge of Sales is mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
