Crystal Works Looking For Government Sales Manager at Delhi, Full Time

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our dedicated team focused on the government security and defense sector. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow our market share within the Indian paramilitary forces, armed forces, specialized units, and state police forces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting paramilitary forces (SSB, ITBP, CRPF, BSF, Assam Rifles, NSG), Indian Armed Forces (Air Force, Army, Navy), Rashtriya Rifles, and state police forces.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within these forces, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
• Lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Travel throughout India to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience in the government security and defense sector, or a related B2B environment.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the Indian government procurement process and defense budget allocation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with high-level decision-makers.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a sales team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (preferred).
• Experience working with paramilitary forces, armed forces, or state police forces a strong plus.
• Ability to travel extensively within India.
