To Follow up & recover small ticket NPA accounts – ticket size up to Rs.50.00 Lacs.

To achieve the recovery / up-gradation budgets if any allotted to him as part of his / her Key Responsible Area.

To monitor retail / small value SMA accounts from migrating to NPA. Contain the SMA portfolio at the targetted levels.

Achieve recovery maximization & contain stressed / SMA portfolio of the ARB and in turn of Coimbatore Zone.

“Liaise with the Branches, NPA Borrowers and various external agencies like valuers, advocates, recovery agents etc.

Conduct extensive branch/field visits for recovery maximization / organize Recovery Melas/Camps.

Source & submit OTS proposals, communicate sanction and follow up for closure on due dates.

Contact/visit SMA borrowers for recovering the dues/regularisation of accounts.

To ensure that appropriate recovery steps like filing of suit in civil court / DRT, SARFAESI action, etc. are initiated in consultation with the Branch Head / Zonal Office / ARD etc. Assist the Authorised Officers in executing SARFAESI actions/steps.

Prepare and submit restructuring proposals in viable cases and ensure implementation.

Function as a liasion with the Zonal Office & ARD.HO – Ensure submission of various information / data called for in connection with recovery / various audits etc.”
