.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain the books of accounts and reconcile the inter branch ledgers
• Maintain accounts receivable & accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Maintain prepaid expenses, insurances, assets & Agreements
• Preparation of purchase orders & work orders, tracking the client & subcontractor RA bills
• Scrutiny of the site payments, material procurement & material consumption
• Statutory compliance in TDS, GST, PF & ESI, Computation of taxes
• Assist to the accounts manager in preparation of monthly / yearly reports
• Preparation of site liabilities and making timely payments to suppliers & contractors
• Preparation of Monthly pay roll sheet and clearing the staff salaries
• Assist in year end books closing and preparation financial statements

SENIOUR ACCOUNTANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Educational qualification: B Com in Commerce / MBA / M Com
• Minimum five years of Accounting experience in construction industry
• Must have working knowledge with Tally prime
• Must have experience on EPF, TDS & GST
• Strong accounting knowledge to handle multiple organizations
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Proficiency in Micro soft office, particularly with excel
• Ability to train and manage staff
• Capability to effectively coordinate with site team
• Willing to join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
