Job Description:

Responsibilities:
-Sending out first day instructions to the candidates.
– Assisting in onboarding process.
– Maintaining candidate folders.
– Reviewing onboarding forms.
– Collecting supporting documents.
– Collecting background details.
– Initiating Drug and Background screening.
– Updating the details on the required sheet.
– Following up with the candidates on the progress.
– Reaching out to the candidates whenever required.
– Maintaining candidates database.

Requirements:
-Should be well versed with the English language.
-Should be ready to work night shift (8 pm – 4:30 am)
-Bachelor’s degree in HR field required (recent relevant exp will also be considered).
