To keep up with the demands of ongoing growth we are looking for an experienced, passionate and collaborative Office Manager to oversee and coordinate the function of office support and administration to our team in Bengalaru, India.
The Role:
As a crucial member of the pioneer team in Bangalore, you will oversee the smooth operations of the office and ensure the Engineering teams are provided with a high level of responsive, and accurate administrative support.
You will also establish productive relationships with internal, external stakeholder as well as providing comprehensive back-office support to the senior team in Bangalore and implement suitable administrative procedures to the office, in line with Cundall’s global standard and approach. You will also be expected to liaise with and coordinate relevant HR, Finance and IT activities with the Cundall MENA, APAC and global team.
You will support the technical team members with financial control, quality control checks on important documentation, and provide advice and guidance on all administrative and IT software-based issues. You will also play a key role in the collaboration of processes between the global Cundall offices.

You have demonstrable practical experience and management of document control, typing, the formatting of reports, letters and PowerPoint presentations, and template creation for Word and Excel. You are able to prioritise tasks effectively and have a strong grasp of project coordination and process improvement.
Experience in a consultancy, construction and/or professional services environment would be advantageous.
