Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Generate leads of doctors by cold calling
- Research, source, and communicate with potential candidates
- Conduct telephonic pre-screening of candidates as per client requirement
- Verify candidates’ qualifications, experience, and certifications
- Manage all stages of the full recruitment cycle to hire doctors
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates
- Track and manage the progress of multiple doctors during their various interview stages
- Develop creative solutions to challenging recruiting needs
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates
- Maintain all relevant electronic databases of current and past applicants
- Analyze and monitor doctor recruitment metrics and suggest changes to improve recruitment
- Learn data management through Excel and other platforms

- Education: Graduate + MBA in HR
- Good communication skills

Note
- Work timing: 9:45 am to 7:15 pm
- Weekly off: Sunday
