Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive who will play a key role in managing incoming leads, qualifying them, and ensuring accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in lead handling, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads generated through various channels
• Qualify leads based on set parameters and business requirements
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Cult.fit services
• Maintain and update lead status on CRM tools or internal dashboards
• Build, track, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-up
• Achieve daily and monthly qualification/conversion targets
