Role : Project Manager – Gold’s Gym (Franchise Ops)

Bangalore | Full-time | 2–4 Years Experience

Gold’s Gym India is looking for a sharp, driven Project Manager to join our Franchise Operations team. You’ll work directly with leadership, own projects end-to-end, and play a key role in scaling and managing 150+ gyms across India and abroad.

What You’ll Do:

• Own & maintain operational data across all franchise locations
• Build & improve SOPs for daily ops, launches & transitions
• Work cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Marketing & Finance
• Support the account management team in engaging with partners
• Roll up your sleeves to solve problems on the ground

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience (startups, ops, consulting or franchise background a plus)
• Strong command of G-Suite/MS Office, especially Sheets & Slides
• Excellent communicator & structured thinker
• Ex-entrepreneurs or hustlers who thrive on ownership
• Comfortable with ambiguity, and love process + problem-solving
