Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Brand Marketer to join our team and lead the development of brand awareness for our footwear brand, Avant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in brand marketing within the consumer goods industry, with a particular emphasis on driving brand awareness through both online and offline channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to increase awareness of Avant footwear across target demographics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts.
Utilize both online and offline channels, including social media, influencer partnerships, PR campaigns, events, and more, to maximize brand exposure.
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the footwear market.
Track and measure the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in brand marketing, incorporating new strategies and tactics as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of both online and offline marketing channels, with the ability to develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage multiple touchpoints.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
Experience working with fashion brands is a plus.
