Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Proficiency in Veti 5 and Veti 6 tools or equivalent.
• Strong communication ss with a focus on client interaction and relationship management.
• Ability to multitask manage time efficiently and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Previous experience in customer success or a similar role is a plus.

Requirements and ss Proven experience as debt collector / negotiator / debt settlement experience Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines Knowledge of relevant legal requirements USA Working knowledge of MS Office and databases Excellent communication, drive, results focused, motivated and people ss Apt in negotiating and persuading to closure Ability to be professional, polite and compionate without lacking confidence
