• Communication & Writing: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively handle customer interactions.
• Technical Skills: Basic tech knowledge, along with proficiency in Excel, is required to manage and track customer information efficiently.
• Monitoring & Feedback: Continuously monitor customer interactions to identify opportunities for improvement and gather insights to help decision-makers.
