The Candidate will be responsible for managing websites for organisation including managing website upgrades, testing for website performance, implement a strategy to increase web traffic and subscribers, troubleshooting website issues, and responding to security breaches. The role requires a range of skills from market and customer research, designing the product architecture, UI development, to supply chain planning. The Manager will be responsible for the overall vision of the product and managing the role out of this vision into a successful launch or run. Job Responsibilities:

• Research latest, competitive, and effective website designs.
• Understand IESA vision and translate it to the website as a product.
• Have to managed complex website development projects or being web manager for association/news portals
• Internal coordination –
  • Coordinate with leadership and initiative leads to understand their requirements and help them realize their vision
  • Work with different teams to upload and maintain content
  • Act as a single point of contact for Architecture, Functionalities, Content (Text + Images), Promotion, Strategies, Output, Research, Budget
• Vendor Coordination –
  • Manage website development/update project
  • Manage priorities
  • Act as a single PoC for a vendor
  • Consolidate and manage feedback
  • Manage internal and vendor expectations
  • Set and improve vendor management processes
  • Act as a catalyst to integrate different solutions
  • Lead vendor – status calls
  • Meet deadlines
  • Plan and ensure successful feature launch
• Process and Project Management –
  • Set and follow content update processes and schedules
  • Plan website audits
  • Identify and manage website related projects
  • Create and follow branding guidelines
  • Participate in internal calls to capture requirements and offer best possible solutions
  • Periodic quality checks
  • Constantly improve processes and the website
• Monitor and manage website performance
  • Monitor and analyse website activities
  • Prepare monthly activity reports
  • Identify ways to engage and improve activities
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues
  • Identify and respond to all website security breaches
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.

Qualifications

• UG: B.Tech/B.E. – Information Technology, Computer , Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication or Mechanical
• PG: Marketing or Operations Management or similar degree from reputed institution
• Experience in Website or Web Based Management for at least 5 years
• Have worked in HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, figma , XD or Joomla etc.
• Knowledge of key domestic / international players, their areas of operations, existing and planned activities and capacities etc.
