• Work with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create reports for internal teams and external clients.
• Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
• Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data.
• Establish KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
• Structure large data sets to find usable information.
• Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process the information.
• Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.
• Cleanse and prepare the data.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
• Experience presenting data to the leadership team for decision-making purposes.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and successfully collaborate with technical and non-technical users, IT professionals, and Subject Matter Experts.
• Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting / analytical skills.
• Ability to organize and interpret complex data sets and utilize analytic techniques and platforms.
• Ability to identify multi-variables needed to optimize engagement and predictive indices.
• Ability to establish priorities, set objectives, and achieve goals.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive consensus.
• Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and engineering concepts, including extract, transform, and load processes.
• Comfortable working in a complex, multi-divisional, fast-moving, results-oriented environment.

Education And Experience

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Engineering, or other closely related technical fields.
