• Managing inventory supply & consumption, TAT maintaining in daily processes Solving the technical problems of the technical staff, addressing queries from CCG, Clinicians in regard to the tests. C Monitoring of NABL & CAP compliance in the laborator Preparation of Monthly Consumption & work in progress reports Regular training of people for skill set, Performance evaluation & KPI setting. Quality system check across lab sites by reviewing daily QC & EQAS data, improves awareness & confidence, defines Defined checklist for lab audit, MOUs review for labs, SOPs for sample collection & training plan Quality documentation, NABL Audit preparation Personal files of the staff, As per NABL Co-ordinate with Clinicians Daily IQC/EQAS review & CAPA, In-house calibration of minor instruments, patient complaints, Preparation of manpower roaster in accordance with the requirements of the section. On-the-job training to Laboratory staff Roles and Responsibilities.

Requirements

• Candidate should have 3 years of Experience(Must)

Departments: – Hematology,Microbiology,Serology,Biochemistry, Cytogenetics Qualification- Msc(Microbiology),Msc(Biochemistry),BSc(MLT),DMLT,Inter(MLT)with minimum experience of 3 years.Intrested candidate can come with their update resume.Address:
