Job Description
Devise, Plan and Execute Talent fulfillment strategies for hiring mandates across Service lines like Embedded, Semicon, Communications, Mechanical and Digital
Source Key Talent and engage thru the Recruitment lifecycle till onboarding
Identify and foster Sourcing channels to build to scale & Key Talent (Direct/Referral/Vendor)
Engage and provide consultation to Hiring Managers on hiring trends and competition
Build and Manage Talent Pipelines for future project/assignments
Build and broadcast hiring dashboards
Collaborate with stakeholders for hiring mandates and strategize fulfillment
