Job Description

1.System Engineer will act as the single point of contact to the internal customers/users for all IT related requirements. Understand IT Infra Setup and needs to support all business IT requests. He /She needs to take complete ownership for IT Infra for End User computing devices tasks including SW & HW support, coordinating with vendors to fix issues, taking care of Security compliance related tasks, supporting Backup and Restoration tasks, supporting tasks of AntiVirus, SCCM, Patch management tasks , collaborate with peers in IT Infra and supporting and resolving assigned IT tasks in timely manner, travel on need basis to other sites, Closely monitoring Help Desk IT Tickets and responding and resolving with in SLA s, making IT Infra documentation , automation skills, 2. Escalate as per the escalation chart, follow up with internal stakeholders and vendors to close the issues. 3. Keeping track of consumables in stock, inventory in use update asset data as per the process defined. 4. Daily ticket status update to team. 5. Submit week on week service call report to all N&S Managers . 8. Must be Graduate/Diploma with 2-3 YEARS of relevant experience.9. Good communication skills (verbal and written).
