Responsibilities:
1. Understanding the Hiring requirements of
the Company.
2. Attracting candidates through various
channels like social media and professional
networks.
3. Reviewing resumes and screening
candidates.
4. Scheduling Interviews by coordinating
with candidates and the hiring Manager.
5. Responsible for all recruitments of the
company.
6. Also, Maintaining a detailed record of the
Students batch wise and module wise.
7. Arrange MOCK Interview Rounds of
Students.
8. Counseling Students as and when required.
9. Adhering to all the Companys rules and
regulations.
